It’s hard to find a Ketogenic friendly bbq sauce or marinade, but you can make your own from scratch with this easy and delicious Keto bbq sauce recipe. Serve it with your favorite meat for a barbecue without stopping your ketosis!

Ingredients

  • 12 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
  • 12 cup Butter, Melted
  • 13 cup Gossner Milk
  • 1 cup Sunny Select White Sugar
  • 12 teaspoon Sunny Select Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Sunny Select Light Brown Sugar
  • 12 cup Sunny Select All Purpose Flour
  • 13 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Chopped Sunny Select Pecans

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together mashed sweet potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs. Spread sweet potato mixture into the prepared baking dish. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and flour. Cut in 1/3 cup butter until mixture is crumbly, then stir in pecans. Sprinkle pecan mixture over the sweet potatoes.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.
