Foodlinx would like to thank you for your continued support throughout the Coronavirus pandemic. We are all facing a business environment that none of us have likely experienced. The challenges seem to change daily and we are striving to meet those challenges head-on! Our staff has been working tirelessly from their homes to keep your orders moving forward. We have retained each and every employee and appreciate their commitment to our customers and suppliers.
Our primary goal during these challenging times is to keep our customers informed of the market conditions and product availability. Our Northern California, as well as national retailers, are still facing unprecedented consumer demand. This has placed a significant strain on the entire supply chain, one that OEM manufacturers such as Clorox, cannot keep up with. During this time, we are prioritizing orders to keep products moving and customers supplied. More importantly, we are trying to communicate with each and every one of you! We are striving to give you options on products as well as shipping schedules.
What is in the future? Well, we are starting to see a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel. Local consumers are settling into the shelter in place environment, and panic buying has slowed if not mostly stopped. More importantly, the supply chain is beginning to catch up. While we would like to tell you that we will be at 100% immediately, that wouldn’t be fair or accurate. What we do strive for is to keep you informed and give you options. We are confident in the coming weeks that the supply chain will reach a new normal and service levels will greatly improve.
During these challenging times, we always look forward to your feedback. It is important for us to know how we are doing.
